We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with strong expertise in Cybersecurity, Risk, and Governance to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work on critical projects that shape business decisions, drive compliance, and strengthen our security posture. You'll collaborate with stakeholders across the business, providing insights, solutions, and strategies that deliver real impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead business analysis activities across complex cyber and risk programs.
  • Develop and document business/technical requirements and secure stakeholder agreement.
  • Design and establish data models, reports, and dashboards that support informed decision-making.
  • Develop requirements aligned with security standards (NIST, Essential 8, ASD ISM, AES-CSF, SOCI Act).
  • Contribute to process mapping, design, and business process re-engineering.
  • Prepare high-quality documentation including business cases, options papers, transition/support plans, and process artefacts.
  • Apply risk management methodologies, measurement, and reporting.
  • Support financial analysis activities (ROI, benefits realisation, NPV calculations) within project contexts.
  • Collaborate effectively in Agile delivery environments, using contemporary project tools and practices.

About You

To be successful, you will bring:

8+ years' demonstrated experience in complex business analysis roles within Cyber and/or adjacent industries.

Familiarity with GRC platforms for compliance automation, risk, and assurance management.

Advanced skills in business intelligence tools (Excel, Power BI).

Strong working knowledge of network security and Zero Trust principles.

Proven ability to prepare concise, clear, and compelling written reports and presentations.

Practical experience with Agile and project delivery lifecycles.

Background in the Energy industry (highly desirable).
