What You'll Do
This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:
Managing, validating, and updating asset register data in accordance with Defence requirements.
Ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and synchronisation of asset data with Defence systems (e.g., GEMS).
Liaising with internal teams and external suppliers to verify and integrate asset data for estate works, maintenance, and project delivery.
Providing asset data advice and support to project teams and subcontractors.
Supporting continuous improvement in asset data management processes and tools.
What You'll Bring
Certificate III/IV in Business or Data Management.
Asset Management System Training Certification (desirable).
Qualifications or experience in Engineering, Maintenance, or Financial Data Management.
White Card and site access credentials (desirable).
Demonstrated experience in asset data maintenance, administration, or database management.
