What We're Looking For:

Cook: Proven kitchen experience, a passion for fine foods, ability to think outside the box and test/mix flavours and foods, flexibility to work in a team or independently, skill set that has the "cooking essentials" as a bare minimum, stock control, safe food handling qualification essential.

Kitchen Hand: Previous experience working in a commercial kitchen, safe food handling certificate, ability to work independently or as a team, experience in a fast paced venue as we can get slammed during our wedding season, and a few "cook" skills couldn't hurt.

Proven Hospitality Experience: Let your hospitality journey shine through Share your background in the industry, highlighting your talent for delivering outstanding service and creating unforgettable guest experiences. Possessing expertise in upselling, as well as the ability to adeptly carry three plates, would be highly valued.

RSA Certification: Hold a valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.

Adaptable Team Player: Roll with the good times We're looking for someone with a flexible and easy-going approach to work, ready to tackle dynamic situations with a smile. Additional Preferred Qualifications and Traits:

Barista Skills:Preferential, but not essential. If you know your way around a coffee machine, you'll be brewing up smiles in no time

Wine Knowledge: If you have a passion for wines and some basic knowledge to boot, you'll be the perfect guide for guests seeking that ideal pairing to elevate their dining experience.

Cocktail Crafting: Shake things up and bring your creative flair to our beverage offerings. Cocktail-making skills will definitely make you stand out.
