About The Company
The civil contractor is a rapidly growing company that is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to join their high-performing team in Tasmania. They are known for working on number of exciting civil works, from major road networks and bridges to critical infrastructure developments.

About The Role
As a Civil Project Manager, you will be involved with a range of duties that will include; being involved from inception to handover of the projects, managing budgets, as well as writing and implementing Project Management Plans.

Along with this, you will be leading teams to achieve expected outcomes, fostering strong client relationships, and ensuring every project is delivered to the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

About You
This role will be ideal for those looking to take the next step in their career and will have a minimum of 10 years demonstrated experience in the Civil Construction Industry, with at least 2 years working as a Civil Project Manager.

An attractive salary, including a company will be offered to the successful candidate, as well as relocation assistance, should you be moving to Hobart from Interstate.

To Be Successful In This Role, You Must

  • Hold a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
  • Demonstrated experience working as a Project Manager on projects $20M or greater
  • Civil Structures experience would be ideal,but not essential
  • Have strong communication skills to manage internal and external stakeholder relationships through written and verbal communication
