
Office Junior – Entry Level

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Office Junior to join our team. This position is ideal for a recent school leaver or someone with some administration experience who is looking to build a long-term career in business support.
The role can suit candidates who have already completed a Certificate III in Business or who would like to commence a traineeship while gaining practical, hands-on experience.
As our Office Junior, you'll work closely with the Business Support Manager and team, assisting across a variety of office functions to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- General administration support including filing, scanning, data entry and managing emails.
- Answering phone calls and greeting clients/visitors in a professional manner.
- Assisting with accounts, MYOB data entry and invoicing support.
- Helping with website updates, WordPress content, and marketing material preparation.
- Preparing documents, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Office.
- Supporting the team with scheduling, correspondence, and customer service tasks.
- Learning and assisting across multiple areas of the business.
What We're Looking For
- Recent school leaver or early career candidate with an interest in business administration.
- Certificate III in Business (completed or willing to complete as a traineeship).
- Strong computer skills – confident with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- High level of attention to detail, organisation, and willingness to learn.
- Friendly and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Own transport is essential as public transport in the area is minimal.
