We're on the lookout for a keen and reliable Office Junior to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who's completed a Certificate III in Business (or has similar admin training) and is ready to put their skills into action in a real workplace.

What you'll be doing

  • General office admin – filing, data entry, emails, phone calls
  • Assisting with accounts and MYOB
  • Helping out with WordPress updates and other business systems
  • Supporting the sales team and customer service tasks
  • Preparing documents, reports and correspondence
  • Working with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Pitching in with the team and also getting things done independently

What we're looking for

  • Someone with great computer and typing skills
  • Confident using the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Organised and reliable, with an eye for detail
  • Friendly and professional communication style
  • A team player who can also take initiative and work on their own
  • Prior admin experience or a Certificate III in Business is a bonus, but not essential if you've got the right attitude

As part of the interview, we'll run through a couple of short practical computer tasks (e.g. typing, Microsoft Office, internet/email) to give you a chance to show us your skills.
