Club Manager

At Snap Fitness Echuca, our mission is simple — to put our members first by focusing on results, community, and exceptional experiences, recent upgraded equipment and a welcoming, supportive environment.

We're currently seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated fitness professional to join our dynamic team. This role places a strong emphasis on member engagement and retention, so if you're passionate about helping people achieve their fitness goals and creating a positive community, we want to hear from you

We're looking for someone who can help guide first time members and support them from day one. Your role will be instrumental in creating a strong sense of belonging and connection within the club.

Role Details:

  • Position: Club Manager
  • Hours: 30-35 hours per week
  • Additional Opportunities: Optional opportunity to conduct personal training sessions outside rostered hours — ideal for the right candidate looking to grow their client base.

Skills & Experience

  • Certificate IV in fitness
  • Current First Aid & CPR Certificate (required)
  • WWC (or willingness to obtain prior to starting)
  • Team player with a can-do attitude
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the fitness industry is highly regarded
