Fabric Maintenance

We're recruiting a full-time Fabric Maintenance Work Pack Preparer to join our Energy team in Perth This role will be responsible for executing maintenance work safely and efficiently in time with the right quality at optimal cost. Key Responsibilities:

• Interface with operations, maintenance, engineering and outside vendors and subcontracted personnel to obtain specific information in relation to onshore maintenance requirements.
• Provide expert advice, support, technical or functional information (related to estimating and work pack preparation) as required.
• Development and coordination of work packs resource estimations and supporting documentation to ensure efficient execution of fabric maintenance.
• Coordinating coatings and insulation maintenance activities in accordance with client procedures and standard, through to implementation of maintenance execution plans.
• Overseeing the full spectrum of planning, taking into account materials, resourcing and equipment procurement.
• Maintaining and developing a knowledge base of maintenance management systems and planning tools with daily use of SAP

What you'll bring:

• Relevant coatings or insulation trade or engineering qualification
• Strong experience in coating, insulation and fire proofing application, supervision and/or inspection
• Experience in the Oil and Gas industry (desirable)
• Demonstrated experience planning and estimating fabric maintenance scopes.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience with CMMS systems, preferably SAP
• Proof of right to work in Australia
