This is an exciting new opportunity for a dynamic and motivated Physiotherapist to join our growing Allied Health team in a
hybrid role
that blends
clinical care, residential aged care support, and home care service delivery

, providing evidence-based physiotherapy and contributing to our mission of supporting older adults to live well, move more, and stay independent.

Requirements

• What We're Looking For:

• AHPRA-registered Physiotherapist (new grads welcome)

• Passion for working with older adults and improving functional outcomes
• Ability to work autonomously across various environments
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• A current driver's licence (essential for home visits)
• Australian Citizens or applicants with permanent residency
