Occupational Therapist – Full-Time | QLD | $90K–$120K + Bonus

We are currently seeking Occupational Therapists to join our growing team across North and Southeast Queensland. If you're passionate about delivering quality care in the community and want to be part of a supportive, engaged, and professional team – this could be the opportunity for you.

About the Role

You'll be delivering community-based OT services within one or more of our key service areas:

Caboolture (4510), Brisbane CBD (4000), or Logan

This role offers flexibility and autonomy, with a structure that supports work-life balance:

  • 4 community days per week in your service area

  • 1 remote admin day (WFH)

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, client-centred Occupational Therapy services within the community. Your work will involve conducting comprehensive assessments, implementing evidence-based interventions, and maintaining accurate, up-to-date documentation to support service delivery and quality improvement. You'll collaborate closely with clients, their families, other health professionals, and community organisations to ensure holistic and effective care. As a valued member of our team, you'll also contribute to our professional learning culture by actively engaging in team development and supporting broader organisational goals.

Requirements

  • Current registration with the Occupational Therapy Board of Australia (AHPRA)

  • Medicare Provider Number

  • Current Professional Indemnity Insurance and Public Liability Insurance

  • Valid CPR and First Aid certificate
