About Us:

We are an established Australian B2B technology reseller with two active eCommerce websites. We sell new and refurbished enterprise networking hardware and IT equipment, and run high-performing Google Ads and SEO campaigns to drive online sales. We're seeking a skilled, hands-on professional to own our SEO, paid media, and eCommerce store management in-house.

Core Responsibilities – Digital Marketing:

  • Manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns for two websites.
  • Develop and execute SEO strategies to drive organic growth, including on-page, technical, and off-page optimisation.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and performance tracking.
  • Create and optimise ad copy, landing pages, and content for maximum conversions.
  • Produce regular performance reports and recommendations.
  • Continuously test, learn, and iterate campaigns for improved ROI.
  • Stay ahead of emerging trends, including Generative AI in marketing and optimisation for AI-powered search (GEO).

Core Responsibilities – eCommerce Management:

  • Oversee day-to-day website operations for two Shopify-based stores.
  • Ensure product listings are accurate, optimised for SEO, and aligned with marketing campaigns.
  • Manage product uploads, pricing updates, inventory sync, and category organisation.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for new product launches.
  • Identify and implement apps, tools, and processes to improve site performance and customer experience.

Highly Desirable (Bonus Skills):

  • Experience building automation scripts (Python, Google Apps Script) to streamline workflows, integrate APIs, and process product data.
  • Experience using AI tools for content creation, competitive analysis, and campaign ideation.

Requirements:

  • Native-level written and spoken English for marketing copy, ad creation, and communication.
  • Proven experience managing both SEO and Google Ads.
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce operations, preferably in Shopify.
  • Proficiency with Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), Search Console, and major SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.).
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Self-motivated, fast-moving, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Preferred:

  • Experience in IT hardware or other technical product industries.
  • Familiarity with feed optimisation and marketplace integrations.
