About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Specialist Cleaner to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is responsible for carrying out periodic and specialist cleaning tasks across a portfolio of commercial properties, including residential common areas and office buildings. You will also provide backup support for general cleaning shifts as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform specialist periodic cleaning tasks, including: Pressure washing, carpet and window cleaning, walk-behind scrubbing and buffing and glass cleaning.
  • Maintain a high standard of cleaning across multiple sites
  • Support general cleaning shifts when required
  • Work autonomously to a high standard
  • Lateral thinking and problem solving skills
  • Report regularly to Site Supervisor/Operations Team/Director
  • Proactively identify and resolve cleaning issues efficiently
  • Deliver excellent customer service with a positive attitude

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' general cleaning experience (commercial or residential)
  • Prior experience using industrial cleaning equipment (e.g. pressure washers, scrubbers, buffers, carpet cleaning machine)
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
  • A proactive and reliable team player
  • Effective time management and problem-solving skills
  • Valid driver's license (company vehicle provided)
  • Full Time Australian working rights
  • Clear National Police Check
  • Physically fit and able to: Stand for extended periods, lift up to 15kg, perform repetitive tasks and work in varied environments (indoors/outdoors)
