With a focus on creative, well executed dishes and stand out service, the right people will be experienced and passionate with a strong work ethic and the ability to lead and be part of a team to deliver the ultimate customer experience.

All days, No nights (20-30hours per week)

You'll be perfect for this role if you have:

  • Be technically proficient in all areas of kitchen operation.
  • At least one years experience in a similar role.
  • Be self-motivated, a confident and fluent communicator and well presented.
  • Able to motivate and be part of a team with strategically planned direction.
  • A passion for creating the ultimate customer experience.
  • A strong work ethic with the ability to meet and surpass KPIs.
  • Both an ability and enthusiasm to manage systems and software.
  • Drive and maintain the day to day operations of the kitchen.
