Role Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process claims, licensing applications and renewals
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Provide administrative support to the wider team
  • Liaise with internal departments, clients, and external bodies to ensure smooth processes
