The Opportunity
This is a hands-on role for someone who loves data, precision, and performance.
As a Senior Digital Executive (Programmatic), you'll manage the full trading lifecycle , from campaign setup to optimisation, pacing, and post-campaign analysis , while learning from senior Programmatic Specialists and gaining exposure to high-value clients and national campaigns.
What You'll Do
You'll manage end-to-end programmatic campaigns — turning strategy into scalable performance.
- Plan, activate, and optimise
campaigns across DV360, The Trade Desk, and other DSPs. - Manage display, video, CTV, and audio
inventory through private marketplace (PMP) and open-exchange deals. - Implement audience segmentation and data-driven targeting
, combining 1st-party, 2nd-party, and 3rd-party data sets. - Monitor pacing, delivery, and budget allocation
to achieve performance KPIs. - Collaborate closely with analytics and creative teams to ensure alignment between targeting, messaging, and measurement.
- Provide
regular performance insights
, optimisation recommendations, and post-campaign reports. - Stay ahead of platform innovations — from AI-driven bidding to identity solutions and cookie-less targeting.
Experience Required
We're looking for a Programmatic specialist ready to take the next step and own complex, data-driven campaigns.
- 1–3 years' experience
working with
DV360
,
The Trade Desk
, or similar DSPs. - Hands-on knowledge of display, video, or CTV campaign execution.
- Experience managing pacing, frequency caps, and budget optimisations.
- Exposure to GA4, tagging frameworks, or ad server platforms (Campaign Manager 360, Sizmek, etc.).
- Understanding of audience segmentation, brand safety, and viewability metrics.
Skills & Competencies
You're detail-driven, analytical, and passionate about programmatic precision.
- Strong command of DV360, The Trade Desk, or other DSP interfaces.
- Confident interpreting large data sets and visualising insights.
- Knowledge of inventory strategy, deal management, and bid optimisation.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong communication skills — able to turn numbers into clear, actionable stories.
- Curious mindset — always exploring new tools, formats, and data-driven approaches.
