THE OPPORTUNITY

An exciting opportunity has become available in Retail Sales & Design. This position involves working as part of our collaborative Retail Team, listening to customers' needs and providing solutions - the customer brings the dream, you bring the how to This is a full-time rostered position including Saturday shifts.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Working in our Home Improvement Store, providing exceptional customer service and selling goods
  • Guiding customers through the design process
  • Maintaining store stock levels
  • Participation in training and personal development sessions
  • General housekeeping activities
  • Adherence to Stratco safety and other policies
  • Strict adherence to our critical safety rules and contributing to a safe working environment

ABOUT YOU

  • A passion to deliver outstanding customer service
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Previous design consulting or building experience highly desirable (CAD skills an advantage)
  • An eye for detail whilst working in a fast-paced environment
  • A commitment to excellence and self-development
  • Willingness to enhance the customer experience by working with enthusiasm and energy
