Are you a customer service superstar with great communication skills looking for a fun and entertaining workplace? Join our team as an Electronic Gaming Attendant and contribute to creating an engaging and vibrant atmosphere for patrons in our Casino and Private Gaming Rooms.
The Role
As an Electronic Gaming Attendant, you will receive training and licence qualifications in the operation of casino gaming machines. You will have a genuine interest in the service and entertainment industry and enjoy engaging with customers to provide support with a variety of game types, jackpots, promotions and casino events. We currently have permanent part-time and casual positions available.
About You
- Current Statements of Attainment in Responsible Service of Alcohol and Responsible Service of Gambling are mandatory pre-requisites for successful appointment to the role.
- Demonstrated exceptional customer service skills with a friendly attitude and experience in hospitality or customer service roles
- Minimum of 18 years of age and eligible to obtain a QLD Casino Employee License, both are mandatory pre-requisites
- Willing to participate in training to learn the operation of casino gaming machines, loyalty program, jackpots, promotions and casino events, with a focus on supporting safer gambling practices
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends, nights and public holidays
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and acquire new skills quickly
- Multilingual candidates, especially those who speak Cantonese, Mandarin or Vietnamese, are highly desirable
