The Citadines Connect Sydney Airport now seeks an enthusiastic, experienced, and dedicated person to join the Front Office team as Assistant Guest Service Manager/Duty Manager. The successful candidate will join a tight-knit, supportive team.
Key experience and skills required:
-
At least 2 years' experience in a Front Office role, with prior supervisory or team leader experience preferred

Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
-
High attention to detail, professionalism, and personal presentation
-
Solid organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively
-
Flexibility to work a 7-day rotating roster
-
Strong working knowledge of RMS systems
-
As a hotelier, take complete responsibility for directing and overseeing the Front Office department and property operations.
