Seeking Assistant Management couple

The position requires two people to apply together of which both will be employed to work full-time.

Position Outline:

The full-time positions are as follows:

Reception:

  • Front Office/ Reception duties
  • Excellent computer skills essential
  • Outgoing personality
  • Excellent communication, time management and customer service and sales skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Enjoy high amount of people contact
  • Confident telephone manner

Housekeeping

  • Park washing
  • Cleaning cabins as required

Grounds/Maintenance:

  • Ability to work with other team members.
  • Ability to remain compliant in all areas of OH&S and policies and procedures are maintained at all times.
  • Maintenance skills
  • Mowing and general grounds care
  • Operation of plant and equipment
  • Cleaning of facilities
  • Physically fit and enthusiastic with a 'can do' attitude
  • Assisting in parking tourist vans - if required

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Previous motel, hotel, or park management experience (not essential, but willing to learn)
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • A proactive, solution-focused mindset
  • Strong multi-tasking abilities in a dynamic service environment
  • Comfort with hands-on duties – from housekeeping to maintenance
  • Experience with RMS or similar reservation systems (preferred, but not essential)
  • A respectful and supportive leadership style,
