Are you an organised, reliable multitasker who thrives in a dynamic environment? We're looking for a confident Administrator with excellent customer service skills to support our busy manufacturing team.
About the Role:
This is a hands-on, varied role where no two days are the same. You'll be the go-to person in our office, working closely with production, sales, and dispatch teams to keep operations running smoothly. If you enjoy juggling multiple tasks, solving problems, and being part of a close-knit team, this could be the perfect role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls and direct enquiries efficiently
- Respond to customer queries on quotes, orders, and delivery schedules
- Process sales orders and generate invoices
- Assist with purchasing materials and consumables
- Support stock control, including regular stock takes and updates
- Coordinate with contractors and manage freight arrangements
- Assist with local deliveries and load scheduling
- Inform customers about deliveries and schedules
- Maintain accurate records and perform data entry
- Provide general administrative support to the wider team
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in administration, customer service, or office support
- Excellent communication skills and a professional, friendly approach
- Strong attention to detail and effective time management
- Competent with Microsoft Office and general computer systems
- Team-oriented, with a willingness to help wherever needed
- Forklift licence is an advantage
