  • Lead a high-performing production engineering team managing live trading systems
  • Own incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous reliability improvements
  • Drive automation, observability, and proactive monitoring to reduce manual intervention
  • Coordinate global follow-the-sun support and ensure seamless market operations
  • Collaborate with developers, traders, and infrastructure teams to optimise system performance

About you

  • 8+ years in production engineering, SRE, or trading systems support
  • Hands-on experience with incident management and automation in mission-critical environments
  • Strong team leadership skills with a track record of mentoring and growing engineers
  • Comfortable troubleshooting distributed systems and optimising for performance
  • Financial services or low-latency trading experience a plus, but not required
