About the role:

We are currently recruiting for a Care Coordinator to join our Carseldine team on a full-time permanent basis, principally working Monday to Friday shifts.

The candidate will share the passion and drive to create a life-re-imaged for our residents and to re-define the standard and quality of aged care available in Australia.

About you:

  • Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in aged care
  • At least two years' experience in a similar role
  • Exceptional leadership capability
  • A passion for and experience in the aged care sector
  • Demonstrable understanding of the complexity of the residential aged care regulatory environment
