POSITION TITLE: Marketing & Communications Co-ordinator

RESPONSIBLE TO: CEO

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Relevant professional marketing and communications experience. A focus on customer service. Relevant experience with sales management tools.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:

- Ability to effectively project manage and engage key stakeholders.
- High attention to detail, organised and the ability to multitask under pressure and work on a number of campaigns simultaneously.
- Ability to problem solve that contributes to productive and creative outcomes.
- Knowledge of the new aged care standards.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve goals within set time frames and budgets.
- Capacity to have initiative and be innovative.
- High computer literacy.
- Event management experience.
- Eye for design and high creativity.
- Experience in digital and traditional marketing strategies. An ability to analyse data and make recommendations on marketing initiatives.
- Excellent communications skills both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- A passion to reset a new standard for the aged care industry.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $81,703.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Carseldine, QLD: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
