**About the Opportunity**

We're excited to announce a new opportunity in Brisbane for a Marketing Assistant to join the Tait Communications Asia Pacific team on a permanent basis. Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager Tait Asia Pacific. This is a junior position that offers an excellent introduction to marketing and provides many opportunities for professional growth and career advancement with an international organisation.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Build end-client demand for Tait's solutions by Supporting marketing campaigns to drive revenue and pipeline growth
- Assisting in creating marketing content, such as social media posts, white papers, and promotional materials.
- Coordinating end-client events, trade shows, and related follow-up activities to maximize lead generation and engagement
- Build sales and channel effectiveness by assisting with account-based research activities to assist sales team effectiveness.
- Build Tait brand awareness and loyalty by assist with the development and coordination of Asia Pacific social media content in partnership with Tait's Central Marketing team.
- Marketing Administration activities and tasks including assist with the development and coordination of various marketing plans and market research activities.

**About You**

You'll be joining a team that is deeply passionate about our products and the Tait brand. We are looking for a Marketing Assistant who will support the creation and delivery of impactful marketing content and enablement materials that drive successful campaigns with the target audience of mission
- critical organisations.

**To excel in this role, you will need**:

- A Bachelor of Commerce/Management/Business with marketing/communications or digital media major (or will graduate within 12 months of appointment)

**Desirable**:

- Very proficient with MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Teams
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud (Acrobat, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro)
