They currently have a newly created HSW Coordinator role that will play a key part in supporting the business based out of Hawthorn.
About the role
Working closely with the HSW Manager, you'll support the implementation of the organisation's Health, Safety & Wellbeing framework and help drive best practice across both corporate and retail settings. Key responsibilities include:

- Provide administrative support for WorkCover and non-work-related claims including lodgement, processing, and monitoring
- Coordinating and maintaining internal HSW systems, tools and documentation
- Updating policies and procedures
- Preparing HSW reports and dashboards
- Building strong relationships across the business to support a positive safety culture
About you
To be successful in this role you don't need to have a load of experience but the drive and determination as well as a passion for health and safety. You will display excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of the organization. Technically qualifications in OHS or RTW will be highly desired but not essential if have a working history in the space. A working understanding with Excel is highly desirable.
