About the Role
The Member Education & Support Lead plays a critical role in enhancing member education, engagement, and operational excellence. This role is responsible for developing and delivering professional education, product masterclasses, and webinars, while ensuring members have access to high-value training resources and superior support.
By building strong relationships and using data-driven insights, the Member Education & Support Lead fosters advocacy among members and ensures their voice is represented across Beamtree and Health Roundtable. Working closely with internal teams, the role aligns member expectations with deliverables, driving continuous improvement and strategic growth in line with Beamtree's mission.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver professional member education programs, product masterclasses, and periodic webinars.
- Create and maintain member training resources that support knowledge transfer and engagement.
- Provide high-quality customer support, ensuring member satisfaction and retention.
- Regularly evaluate member satisfaction and facilitate internal reviews of feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with members, ensuring their goals are met and they become advocates for the brand.
- Represent the member's voice internally through purposeful, well-prepared interactions.
- Contribute to ensuring all aspects of Health Roundtable products and services are delivered effectively.
- Collaborate with Beamtree teams to problem-solve and deliver high-value solutions of strategic or financial benefit.
- Work with internal teams to align member expectations with deliverables.
- Maintain an average training satisfaction rating of 85% or higher, demonstrating measurable knowledge improvement among members.
- Ensure all member organisations engage with training resources, tracked via downloads, clicks, and usage statistics.
About You
We're looking for someone who brings a strong combination of education, healthcare knowledge, and stakeholder engagement skills. You will have:
- A tertiary qualification in healthcare, education, or Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent).
- Demonstrated ability to design, deliver, and assess adult learning programs.
- Experience developing and implementing education frameworks (digital and in-person), ideally within healthcare.
- Proven experience in the healthcare sector with the ability to drive improvement using data insights.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with experience presenting to hospital executives and senior stakeholders.
- High commercial acumen in the health sector.
- Ability to operate both independently and collaboratively.
- Willingness and ability to travel as required.
