Your New Role
The Education Delivery Lead is responsible for delivering and contributing to evolving a contemporary and innovative education program for members. The role will partner across Member Engagement, Education and Advice (MEEA) teams to uplift and deliver an education experience that aspires to be best in class in the superannuation & financial services industry.
This role is critical in empowering our members to make better financial decisions and achieve better outcomes to make them feel confident and in control of their retirement. In this role, you will:
- Deliver education to 1:many audiences that is relevant, personalised, accurate and pedologically robust;
- Support members by providing education on superannuation, retirement, financial literacy and wellbeing to empower and enable them to be confident when planning for and in retirement;
- Support the design, development and implementation of learning solutions for various audiences; and
- Continually review content and update to include legislative and regulatory changes.
How do you exceed our expectations?
- The idea of being part of our growth is exciting and you want to play a pivotal role in making super simple.
- Strong experience in a Member Education or engagement role within the superannuation or finance sector and have experience in delivering or coaching online or blended learning programs;
- RG146 accreditation, ASFA Superannuation Diploma and/or relevant business-related tertiary qualifications.
- Comprehensive knowledge of current and proposed superannuation legislation, industry trends and superannuation products;
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design models and online pedagogy;
- Excellent presentation, communication and/or facilitation experience to present confidently to member groups in virtual and in person settings;
- Demonstrates a genuine care for members by ensuring consideration of their needs;
- Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, representational and written skills with excellent facilitation skills in 1:many settings.
Flexibility with travel and work arrangements outside normal business hours including some weekends.
You are balanced in accepting risk in any decision you face. You are curious to understand risk context and choose to speak up as we simplify, learn and grow.
