About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and organised Project Administrator to join our Facilities Management team on a 12-month contract. Our Facilities Management team is at the heart of maintaining and optimising MTC's commercial properties and service spaces. From strategic planning to day-to-day operations, the team ensures our facilities support the needs of our employees, customers, visitors, and contractors.
Reporting to the Head of Facilities, the Project Administrator will provide administration support to the Facilities team by:
- Supporting the facilities team in the management of project documentation including scope of work, timelines and budget tracking and project milestones
- Liaising with property agents, consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders to facilitate site development activities.
- Ensuring all activities comply with relevant WHS, building and environmental regulations.
- Coordinating site inspections, compliance checks and risk assessments.
About You
To be considered for this position, you will need to demonstrate the following requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in facilities, property or project administration preferably within a not-for-profit sector.
- Familiarity with property legislation, lease agreements and compliance standards.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- A proactive mindset and attention to detail.
