Our client is seeking a strategic leader to drive the success of their Account Management function within Customer Success. This role focuses on building a high-performing team, strengthening adviser relationships, and shaping initiatives that enhance service delivery and client experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of Account Managers, fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and accountability.
  • Act as a senior escalation point for key adviser relationships, ensuring exceptional outcomes.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to shape client engagement strategies and service delivery models.
  • Drive continuous improvement across client support, reporting, and portfolio management processes.
  • Monitor performance metrics, identify trends, and implement initiatives to improve adviser experience.
  • Contribute to broader Customer Success and business strategy initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years' experience in wealth management, investment platforms, or financial services.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience with strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong understanding of adviser needs and the wealth management ecosystem.
