We are looking for a Dispatch Pick Packer to join our growing team

About your new role

As a Dispatch Officer at Andrews Meat Industries, you will be responsible for supporting the food services operations on a daily basis within the compliance and dispatch areas. This is a full-time ongoing role, based in Lidcombe.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Provide full support in packing area to ensure deliveries go out promptly
  • Escalate gaps in dispatch delays and adhere to dispatch schedules
  • Ability to Drive & assist with completing deliveries when required.
  • Ensure dispatched goods meet all requirements including quality, timeframes and labelling
  • Organising and preparing pallets for drivers to load into trucks
  • Assist with picking and packing when required
  • Other Ad Hoc duties as required
  • A full Position Description is available on request

About you:

  • C Class license required
  • Pick/Packing Experience essential
  • Aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Excellent driving record and safety focused
  • WHS Safety knowledge
  • Physical ability to lift, stand for long periods, and work in cold environments.
  • Must have full working rights in Australia
