Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive to lead our growth in the Dubbo region. This executive-level position is perfect for a seasoned professional ready to take the next step in their career and capitalise on significant growth opportunities. You will have the autonomy and support to shape and expand a vital regional business unit within a fast-growing organisation, combining strategic leadership, community engagement, and operational oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Growth & Client Acquisition

  • Identify and engage prospective property owners and investors across Dubbo.
  • Educate stakeholders on the benefits of short-term rental solutions tailored to regional markets.
  • Convert leads into long-term, loyal clients through trusted relationships and personalised presentations.

2. Community & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Act as a respected ambassador for BNB Made Easy within Dubbo's business, government, and community sectors.
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with developers, local leaders, event organisers, and government bodies.
  • Represent the company at local forums, industry events, and networking opportunities.

3. Regional Operations & Team Leadership

  • Oversee onboarding and integration of new properties ensuring alignment with company standards.
  • Collaborate closely with Head Office teams (Onboarding, Customer Success, Marketing) to deliver seamless service.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a growing team of 2-3 regional staff members.
  • Monitor regional performance metrics, delivering regular insights and updates to senior leadership.

About You:

  • Demonstrated success in business development, sales, or property management, preferably within a regional context.
  • Strong, persuasive communicator and natural at building long-term relationships.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent organisational skills and the ability to lead teams confidently.
  • Deep understanding of regional economic drivers and local market dynamics.
  • Genuine passion for regional Australia and belief in the transformative potential of short-term rentals.
  • Executive presence with the ability to represent BNB Made Easy professionally and effectively in diverse community settings.
