We are now seeking a motivated Trainee Business Manager to join our team. This is a rare opportunity to learn the ropes of Finance & Insurance in the automotive industry, with structured training and clear development stages to set you up for long-term success.

About the Role

As a Trainee Business Manager, you'll work alongside our experienced Business Manager and receive hands-on training across four structured stages. Your role will grow from supporting with clerical and compliance tasks, through to assisting with finance applications, liaising with customers, and eventually developing your own sales skills.

Your daily tasks will include (but are not limited to):

  • Updating customer records and processing documentation.
  • Assisting with loan settlements, payouts, and refunds.
  • Preparing finance and insurance paperwork for vehicle deliveries.
  • Submitting loan applications and liaising with finance companies.
  • Supporting the Business Manager with customer interactions, including test drive introductions and delivery handovers.
  • Ensuring compliance and accuracy in all documentation and processes.
