  • Junior In-house Legal Counsel - Our client is a leading credit specialist fund manager and lenders responsible for more than $20bn in funds under management.  General Banking or FSR and Funds experience sought. Will suit applicants with c3-7+ PQE. Full PD available on request to suitable applicants
  • In-House Banking Lawyer role at a major non-bank lender.  Strong In-House Legal team.  Diverse role.  Will suit applicants with 4- 8 years of experience in a national or international firm.  Full PD available.
  • Top Tier Client – Chambers ranked Banking team looking for a lawyer with 4-8 years PQE to join them. The role will cover a wide range of complex finance transactions including securitisation, project finance, corporate finance, leveraged and acquisition finance, structured finance, asset finance and leasing, capital markets and real estate finance
  • Top Tier Client – Chambers & Doyles Guide recommended Banking team looking to fill a general banking role as well as a Project Finance role. Leading Banking Partners with high quality work.
  • Mid Tier Client – Due to significant growth the Banking & Finance team of this highly regarded mid tier is looking for an experienced Senior Counsel or Senior Associate Banking Lawyer to join them. You will have the chance to work across corporate finance, property finance, fund finance and innovative financing platforms.
  • Mid-Tier Client – Top ranked national mid tier looking for a Senior Associate to join its Banking & Finance team. Advising a diverse client base including institutional and private financiers, banks, onshore and offshore real estate developers, commercial borrowers and family offices. This role will have a particular focus on property financing and investment - structuring both debt and equity transactions.
  • Our Boutique client is looking for a mid to Senior Level Banking Lawyer to join its team and service its HNW client base across property  and construction loans, securitisation and asset financing matters.
  • Securitization Lawyer role in leading international firm.  Join a Band One practice widely regarded as the leading Australian practice in the area
  • Project Finance role for an Associate or Senior Associate within the Melbourne Projects team of a global leader.  Fantastic Pipeline of work across energy and general infrastructure.
  • Funds role for an Associate/Senior Associate in a full-service band one international firm.  The role will involve the successful applicant advising leading Australian and global fund managers in establishing new Australian funds, raising capital and operating funds in Australia, including Wholesale funds, capital partnerships and club funds, funds-of-one and listed and unlisted retail funds and stapled groups.
  • Private Equity and Funds Role with a focus on Investments.  Sovereign wealth fund exposure.  Tier One Partners with local and international experience.  Applications accepted at the Associate and Senior Associate level
