The opportunity
Our Melbourne Banking & Finance Partner, Elpis Korosidis, acts predominantly for non-bank lenders in in the real estate finance space including acquisition finance, project & construction finance. Elpis prides herself on delivering exceptional client service and doing what she can to support and encourage her team to reach their full potential. As a result, she is recruiting solicitors (from junior level and up) to join her high performing team.
You'll be busy with
- primary carriage of a high volume of lending matters
- drafting meticulous legal documents
- developing and maintaining highly regarded client relationships
Ideally, you might have
- from 3+ years PAE
- excellent academics
- experience with real estate finance, including construction finance
- for senior candidates, appetite and ability to mentor our juniors
- a client focused mindset
