We have an exciting opportunity to join our Front of House Team.

We offer the chance to work in a friendly team, with limited evening work and access to one of Queensland’s best golf courses and boutique fitness centres.

Noosa Springs Golf & Spa Resort, three kilometres from iconic Hastings Street, is one of Australia’s most popular resorts. Guests come here to play golf, indulge themselves in our day spa, relax in superb surroundings - and sample fine dining in our restaurant. That’s where you come in.

**Key Duties**:

- **Lead the Team**: Inspire and guide the front-of-house team, setting the bar for exceptional service and positive atmosphere.
- **Serve with Style**: Oversee the preparation and delivery of food and beverage.
- **Event Setup**: Supervise the setup of restaurant and function rooms, ensuring timely and accurate arrangements for meetings and events.
- **Customer Care**: Be the go-to for guest queries, handling any issues swiftly to ensure a memorable experience.
- **Manage Daily Operations**: adjust staffing as needed and stay flexible to handle changes or busy periods.
- **Maintain High Standards**: Ensure the front-of-house areas are clean, organized, and in line with safety and service standards.
- **Develop the Team**: Support the training and development of new team members, helping everyone grow and succeed.

**Key Requirements**:

- A current QLD RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate
- Exceptional customer service skills as well as a positive attitude and strong work ethic
