About us:
The Winslow Group is a renowned civil construction company which operates across Metro Melbourne, regional Victoria, Northern New South Wales, and Queensland. We have been in operation for more than 35 years with an extensive delivery history across the land development/subdivision & infrastructure sector and service a large part of the Victorian market. This has been built on long standing client relationships spanning decades. As an expanding business, with an increasing workbook and plenty of exciting projects on the horizon, Winslow is a progressive business that allows its people to flourish and develop. Winslow strives to empower their employees and encourages innovative solutions whilst achieving the successful delivery across all projects within the urban and civil infrastructure space.
About the role:
- Being actively involved with all stages of a project delivery including tender handovers, project launches, site establishments, risk management, construction staging, and methodology and procurement
- Effectively handling safety, time, cost, and quality
- Project planning and programming tasks.
- Liaising and coordinating the management of client relationships.
- Monitoring performance of construction crew and subcontractors against estimates.
- Reporting production costs daily, weekly, and monthly.
- Procurement of plant, equipment, and material.
- Issuing PMPs, SWMs, and MSDs.
- Project compliance in accordance with the Integrated Management System.
About you:
- Relevant experience as an Engineer
- Eager to learn and grow
- Ability to build strong client relationshop
- Excellent rapport with subcontractors
- Contract management experience
