Winslow Infrastructure is involved in building Melbourne's vast infrastructure network and requires a professional, engaged and driven Site and Project Engineers to join our high performing team

The Opportunity

As a Site or Project Engineer, you will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of our projects. You will be involved with the full scope of project elements including civil, structures, and utilities.

Any given day may see you…

  • Being actively involved with all stages of a project delivery including tender handovers, project launches, site establishments, risk management, construction staging, and methodology and procurement
  • Managing safety, time, cost, and quality
  • Managing and developing your engineering team
  • Project planning and programming tasks.
  • Liaising and managing client relationships.
  • Monitoring performance of construction crew and subcontractors against estimates.
  • Reporting and mitigating performance issues.
  • Reporting production costs daily, weekly, and monthly.
  • Procurement of plant, equipment, and material.
  • Issuing PMPs, SWMs, and MSDs.
  • Project compliance in accordance with the Integrated Management System.

Here's what we are looking for…

  • A person who excels in collaborating in project teams and has a passion for complex and major infrastructure development.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering and/or Project Management.
  • At least 4 years experience in a similar role delivering civil infrastructure projects
  • Demonstrated ability in proactively building relationships with key stakeholders and team members
  • Demonstrated experience in effectively working with authorities, such as local councils, utilities companies and Major Road Projects Victoria,
