The Winslow Group is a renowned civil construction company in Adelaide, Melbourne, Brisbane, and broadly across Victoria, New South Wales, and South East Queensland.

ABOUT YOU

  • Enrolled in or recently completed a university course in one of the above disciplines.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to apply your academic studies to real-world outcomes - be hands-on.

Specific field experience for engineering and construction/project management disciplines

Your career with Winslow starts in the field, working alongside our operations team.

  • Start your learning journey on our construction sites and learn how we build our civil construction jobs before managing them.
  • Assisting the Foreman and Project Manager with project planning and programming tasks, project compliance by the Integrated Management System, and liaising and managing client relationships.
  • Monitoring the performance of construction crews and subcontractors against program and cost forecasts.
  • Reporting and mitigating performance issues.
  • Reporting production costs daily, weekly, and monthly
  • Procurement of plant, equipment, and material.
  • Assist with developing and reviewing Management Plans and Safe Work Method Statements.
