HTL perma Australia Pty Ltd is a long established and highly successful business specialising in Single Point Lubrication solutions, which we distribute Australia wide.  We are a wholly owned subsidiary of perma-tec GmbH & Co. a German research and manufacturing company, which has a history of over 90 years. We are market leaders in our field.

Commencing in 2026, we seek an enthusiastic team member to support a dedicated portfolio of customers as part of the Internal Sales function at our spacious and modern office in Burwood. This role is perfect for someone who is highly organised, with excellent communication skills and a sharp attention to detail.

The role:

This is a permanent office-based role with flexibility to custom fit the work hours between fulltime hours or down to a minimum of 0.7 FTE (Full Time Equivalent).

Our standard office hours are 8am – 5pm Monday to Thursday, and 8am – 1:30pm on Friday.  However, we offer flexibility to tailor the work hours to school hours.

There is no work from home component.

Responsibilities of the role are listed below:

  • Process customer purchase orders in a timely manner
  • Accounts Receivable - debtor follow-up for your customers
  • Preparation of sales quotes
  • Maintain customer data integrity ensuring all account information is current and accurate
  • Pricing maintenance
  • Basic reporting
  • Liasing with customers via phone and email.
  • Support our team of field Area Managers

About you:

The successful person will have:

  • 2-3 years of experience in an internal sales or office support role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated skill in using Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Good computer skills with the ability to learn different software programs
  • Ability to prioritise workload and finish tasks
  • Strong attention to detail
  • A good sense of humour
