**In this role, you'll**:
Conduct analysis, process design, and technology assessment to support and enhance the strategic vendor framework within IT Commercial Partnerships. You will operate and continuously improve these framework processes over time.

Develop processes and dashboards to support key decision-making across a portfolio of strategic vendors, focusing on metrics crucial to IT Commercial Partnerships.

Conduct external research and internal analysis to support strategic sourcing activities, including contract renewals, terminations, and new business needs.

Prepare and coordinate activities within the vendor management framework, such as governance meetings, executive dashboards, relationship surveys, benchmarking, and vendor risk assessments.

**About you**
- Demonstrated ability to perform IT commercial analysis using large amounts of complex contract, spend data, and product reports.
- Demonstrated experience in vendor management and regulatory compliance (CPS), GRC systems.
- Experience providing specialist contact framework advice and working within a large, complex organization.
- Strong discretion, confidentiality, and political sensitivity when liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
- Have an interest in developing and managing a vendor management framework from inception.
- Be passionate about leveraging technology to empower others.
- Enjoy designing and implementing customer-centric services.
