MoveImprove Performance is a growing mobile allied health provider delivering high-quality care to people in their homes and community settings. We work across disability, ageing, chronic conditions and neurological care, with a strong focus on practical, person-centred outcomes.

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist (Contractor) to join our mobile team, providing assessments and recommendations for clients under Support at Home and NDIS programs.

About the Role

This is a flexible contractor role suited to an OT who enjoys autonomy, community-based work, and meaningful clinical impact.

Your work will include:

  • Home and functional assessments
  • NDIS assessments and reports
  • Cognitive screening and functional cognition assessments
  • ADL and IADL assessments
  • Equipment recommendations and environmental modifications
  • Falls risk and safety assessments
  • Capacity building and goal-focused interventions
  • Collaboration with physiotherapists, exercise physiologists, support coordinators and case managers

Client Groups

You will work with:

  • NDIS participants
  • Older adults under Support at Home programs
  • People living with disability, neurological conditions and complex needs

About You

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is a qualified Occupational Therapist with AHPRA registration
  • Has experience or a strong interest in NDIS and community-based occupational therapy
  • Is confident (or developing confidence) in completing functional and cognitive assessments
  • Can write clear, timely reports suitable for NDIS and aged care
  • Works independently while valuing team collaboration
  • Has strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
  • Holds a current driver's licence and access to a vehicle
  • Has (or is willing to obtain) NDIS Worker Screening Check and Police Check

Location

This role services clients across Sydney's North Shore and Northern Beaches.
