Job Description:

We are looking for Occupational Therapists and Speech Pathologists to join our growing team. Whether you're seeking full-time, part-time or contractor positions, we welcome you This is an exciting opportunity to work with a wide-ranging caseload across mobile and clinic-based settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine clients' functional capacity and needs.
  • Develop and implement individualised intervention plans to meet client goals.
  • Provide evidence-based occupational therapy or speech pathology interventions for paediatric and adult clients.
  • Collaborate with clients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure holistic care.
  • Complete detailed and timely documentation, including progress notes and reports.
  • Stay current with research and best practices in occupational therapy/speech pathology intervention.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or Speech Pathology.
  • Current registration with AHPRA or Speech Pathology Australia.
  • Preferably with more than 1 year of clinical experience working with paediatric and/or adult populations
  • Knowledge of the NDIS framework is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Flexibility in working hours and settings (mobile/clinic).
