Location: Edinburgh North (Building Site)

Position: Casual Cleaner

Hours: Variable + On call.

Note - As this is a defence site, in order to be eligible for an Australian Government security clearance, an individual must:

  • be an Australian citizen
  • have a checkable background
  • have a valid White Card

JC Commercial is seeking a reliable and motivated casual cleaner to join our team. This position involves maintaining a clean and organised environment for our commercial spaces, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role based on performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
  • Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
  • Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and effectively.
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
  • Work independently and efficiently while adhering to schedules.

Qualifications:

  • Previous cleaning experience preferred but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to obtain a DCAC clearance
