About the role

Join the dynamic team at First Skin And Body as our Skin Clinic Manager. In this full-time role based in North Adelaide SA 5006, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our boutique skin clinic, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient clinic management. With your extensive experience in the hair and beauty services industry, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our thriving business.

What you'll be doing

  1. Manage the overall operations of the skin clinic, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and financial reporting
  2. Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients
  3. Oversee the implementation of clinical protocols and ensure adherence to industry standards
  4. Collaborate with the broader team to develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new clients
  5. Identify and act on opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies
  6. Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing team of skin therapists and technicians
  7. Contribute to the overall strategic direction of the business

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a management role within the hair and beauty services industry
  2. Strong understanding of skin care treatments, products, and industry best practices
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team
  4. Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
  5. Proficient in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
  6. Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  7. Passion for the beauty industry and a commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations
