We are seeking a full time Property Manager to cover a maternity leave for approximately 12 months. This is initially a temporary position with the possibility of transitioning to a full-time, permanent role base on business needs and the successful candidate's performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Help Manage a well-maintained portfolio
  • Oversee rental arrears, lease renewals, and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and trades
  • Gain hands-on exposure across all areas of property management
  • Conduct detailed entry, exit, and routine inspections
  • Coordinate timely property maintenance to ensure all homes meet high standards

About You – Must Be a Team Player:
  • Minimum 1 year of Property Management experience
  • Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
  • Valid driver's license - vehicle is available for use
  • A team-oriented mindset is essential – you thrive in a collaborative environment
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Professional, confident communicator with a polished presentation
