About the position

We are seeking a dedicated and versatile individual to join our team as a Cellarperson / Storeperson. This casual opportunity is a dual-role position which combines cellar and stores responsibilities to support the seamless operation of both our beverage and food systems. You will be responsible for managing stock levels, maintaining the cellar and stores areas, and ensuring that all deliveries are processed and distributed efficiently. You will also collaborate with team members to ensure the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and quality in our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and clean beverage systems, including kegs, lines, taps, and fridges
  • Receive, rotate, and distribute food and beverage stock
  • Monitor stock levels and assist with stocktakes
  • Maintain hygiene across cellar, store rooms, and loading dock
  • Follow WHS, food safety, and liquor licensing requirements
  • Support bar and kitchen teams with stock and deliveries

About you

You are self-motivated and have the ability to work unsupervised to complete daily set tasks. Previous experience in Club or Pub cellar operations, you will have the flexibility to meet operation requirements. With your strong communication skills, building strong relationships with all departments across the venue will ensure you thrive in a large team environment.

What You'll Need:

  • Experience in cellar, stores, or warehouse roles (preferred)
  • Knowledge of beverage systems and food safety
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail
  • Physically capable of manual handling tasks
  • Familiarity with WHS guidelines

This position requires availability across 6 days and some shifts may be rostered on Friday and Saturday nights to meet Club operational demands.
