Position: BOH Cellar Attendant

Location: Byron Bay, NSW

Hours: Mixed roster (3–5 shifts per week, a mix of days and nights)

We're looking for a Cellar Attendant to join our back-of-house team and keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. This is a hands-on role focused on managing stock, changing kegs, and supporting the bar and bottle shop teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Change kegs and maintain stock rotation.
  • Complete regular stock checks and assist with inventory.
  • Receive and store deliveries accurately.
  • Maintain and refill soft drink gas and syrup systems.
  • Replenish ice stations and assist with bar stock as needed.
  • Keep the cellar clean, organised, and safe.
  • Follow all safety procedures for lifting and cellar maintenance.

Skills and Experience

  • Experience in a cellar or stock role is an advantage but not essential.
  • Good attention to detail and organisation.
  • Physically capable of lifting kegs and moving stock safely.
  • Works well under pressure and in a team environment.
  • Forklift licence (or willingness to get one).
  • NSW RSA (or willingness to get one).
