The Opportunity

We are on the lookout for a passionate and dedicated Restaurant Floor Manager to join our management team at Reine & La Rue. This exciting opportunity will see you leading the front-of-house team and serving as the service champion. You will be responsible for bringing the venue's brand to life, elevating every aspect of the guest experience, and ensuring each visit leaves a lasting impression. Your relentless pursuit of excellence will be crucial in helping Reine & La Rue reach new heights.

This role is ideal for a talented professional looking to advance their career, develop alongside our exceptional management team, and drive excellence within the venue.

Our ideal candidate will have

  • A minimum of 2 years' management experience in premium or hatted venues.
  • Enthusiasm for sharing creativity, knowledge, and leadership with their team.
  • A passion for guest experience, dedicated to crafting unforgettable moments through exceptional service and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in managing operational duties, including but not limited to invoicing, rostering, and POS management.
  • Commitment, passion, and appreciation for all aspects of food and beverage, and the hospitality industry.
  • A proven track record of effective planning, time management, and decision-making skills.
  • The capability to uphold standards and ensure the seamless operation of the restaurant.
  • The ability to work autonomously while consistently treating guests and peers with respect, humility, and kindness.
