About the Opportunity:
We are looking for the industry's best Assistant Manager to join our team. Be instrumental in delivering unforgettable experiences for our guests and team.

The Ideal Candidate Must Have:

  • Experience as an Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a premium a-la-carte dining environment
  • Proven track record in leading a high performing team
  • Exceptional service skills and guest focus
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic environment and high-pressure service periods
  • Proven ability in building effective relationships
  • Organisational and time management skills
  • Exceptional communication and presentation
  • Available and willing to work weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts
