We're seeking a hands-on Business Operations & Finance Manager who will play a pivotal role in driving business performance. Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll oversee our finance function and business operations, while supporting growth objectives and contributing to the long-term strategy. For the right candidate, this role offers a clear pathway for growth and future leadership opportunities.

This is a tactical, manager-level role – ideal for someone who is commercially savvy and eager to roll up their sleeves. You'll oversee finance, operations, and support services functions, while the CEO continues to drive marketing, growth, and destination development.
Your responsibilities will span financial management, operational oversight, risk and compliance, and team leadership. From building budgets, to stepping in to remove operational bottlenecks or guiding your team through change, you'll thrive on variety and the satisfaction of driving results.
We're looking for someone who loves balancing detail with big-picture thinking, and who is motivated by the opportunity to make a measurable impact on business performance.

ESSSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Strong finance background, with proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and cashflow management
- A commercial mindset, with the ability to link financial insights to business performance and growth
- Demonstrated experience leading or supporting operations, ideally in travel, hospitality, or related industries
- Hands-on approach – equally comfortable leading a team, stepping in to support day-to-day operations, or presenting to the Board
- Proven ability to improve systems, processes, and efficiency
- Strong people leadership skills, with experience mentoring and motivating a team
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Passion for luxury travel, our product, customer service and a genuine desire to build a career with us
